I'm a Virginia native, born and raised in the coastal city of Virginia Beach, VA. After graduating, I relocated to Staunton, VA briefly before eventually settling into the Northern Virginia/DC Metropolitan area.
Currently, I work full time as a Scenic Carpenter at Signature Theatre, located in Arlington, VA. However, I continue to pursue freelance Props design & fabrication work whenever my schedule permits it. In my spare time, I try to continue working on my tool and craft skills through sculptural art, painting, and working with my friends and colleagues on other personal projects. I also like to sew, crochet, and embroider. Outside of theatre and art, I like to play video games, collect Legend of Zelda memorabilia, read novels, attend a multitude of music concerts, and peruse the many thrift stores around the area.

In May 2022, I was able to graduate Magna Cum Laude from James Madison University (JMU). While attending school, I was never limited in what I was able to achieve or learn. As a result of my devotions to the program and in building my own skills, I was awarded the Phillip S. Grayson Award for Technical Theatre. It was the environment JMU cultivated that allowed me to thrive there, providing me with a well-rounded and robust knowledge in a variety of technical fields.
From those experiences, I was able to explore and work on further developing my professional skillset in several capacities. Since graduating, I have worked as a Props Supervisor for a collegiate program, as freelance props designer for the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as well as for both local and collegiate settings, and as a full time scenic carpenter for a Tony award-winning LORT theatre. However, in all of these positions my passion for learning and personal development as only continued to grow.
